One of our most popular class, the Body Sculpt session aims to tone up the critical areas in your body through exercises as squats, lunges, crunches, but also incorporating moves from ballet and barre.

This is a low-impact workout, gentle on your joints, but effective because of the angles your muscles are hit. The exercises focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

Our Body Sculpt class is held Wednesday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
