A high intensity class, where cardio intervals are mixed with specific boxing training. Although boxing gloves are used, this is a non-combat class, perfect for those who are ready to take their fitness to the next level.

It doesn’t require any previous experience, this workout ultimate goal is to tone muscle, improve core strength and promote weight loss.

Boxing Conditioning is held every Thursday, 7:00 pm-8:00 pm.

Non-members’ fees: $12 drop-in fee or Cardio card ($100 for 10 classes)
