The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

Our Pilates Mat is a program designed to work every muscle in the body in an efficient, focused manner. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body. Most movements are non-impact and non-weight bearing. All require focus and concentration. Classes are suitable for students of all levels and abilities. All levels are welcome.
