Created by a US  Navy officer, the TRX Suspension Training system provides hundreds of exercises that help you build strength, balance, flexibility, power and mobility by working against gravity and your body’s own resistance.

TRX is suitable to all fitness levels, as you control how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise, making only small adjustments.

Classes are available Monday 7:00 pm-8:00 pm, Friday 6:00 pm-7:00 pm

Fees: Guest $15/class, Member $5/class
