The last edition of this year Boot Camp will start Tuesday, October 24th at 6:00pm.
The Boot Camp will be running for 6 weeks, 18 sessions, every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 7pm and Saturdayfrom 8am to 9am.
We’d like to keep the maximum number of participants at 50.
Also, in order to ensure that everyone will get the proper attention, a team of 5 instructors, the very best in TCI, will conduct the workouts.
The last session will be Saturday, December 2nd.
All participants will receive the meal plan and we’ll organize a nutrition workshop, so the participants will have all the tools to support a smooth and effective transition to a healthy lifestyle.
The cost for the entire program is $180, while guests will pay $15 drop-in fee.
