Boot Camp Feb-Mar 2016
The new year starts with our traditional Boot Camp, a program that is proven to help people fulfill their resolutions and get rid of the Holidays extra weight.
The Boot Camp begins Monday, February 1st and runs for 6 weeks, until March 11th. Sessions are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 5.30 am-6.30 am
There are 18 workouts, each of them different and targeting various body parts and skills – resistance, body weight, speed and agility, boxing training, TRX, Tabata, High Interval training, the exercises will help you meet your goal.
Each session is scientifically designed to blend the cardio intervals with resistance moves, following the Tabata principles.
All Fitness levels are welcome, as exercise options are offered for each routine.
Complimentary meal plans, healthy recipes and a Nutrition Workshop are provided during the program.
All our Boot Camps provide the participants with a great experience, significant weight and body fat loss and lifestyle results.
We accept maximum 50 participants.
Fees: $150 for Early Registrations, $180 starting January 20th.
