The last week of October brings great news for the fitness enthusiasts: from the 24th through 31st our members have FREE access to ALL our classes*, while guests pay $5/class ONLY!
We offer 21 group fitness sessions a week, covering all levels and preferences: Spinning, Yogalates, Tae-Bo, TRX, Body Conditioning, Legs,Bums&Tums, Zumba, Step Aerobics, Yoga, Cardio Sculpt, Box Conditioning, Soca Aerobics. Check our calendar for the full schedule.
