This is a challenging workout, that utilizes the principle of ‘muscle confusion’. Your body will go through different routines every time, so you can see results fast. We use a variety of equipment: sandbags, speedsacks, ropes, sledgehammers, truck tires, medicine balls, resistance bands, kettlebells, in a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns.
