Summer Boot Camp
Our fabulous Boot Camp is back!
The Summer edition runs for 6 weeks, June 2nd-July 14th, three sessions a week:
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 PM-7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM-10:00 AM.
18 workouts that will challenge you with various routines: kettlebells, agility, body-weight exercises, partner exercises, TRX, tires, sledgehammers, speedsack, sandbags, battleropes, Tabata intervals, high intensity circuits, etc.
Exercises will have level variations, so you’ll feel comfortable choosing your fitness level.
Complimentary meal plan and Nutrition workshop are included!
Measurements, BMI and Body Fat percentage available.
