Summer looks great with our new classes, that will help you get back in shape in no time.
Three more group fitness sessions are added on the weekly schedule, which makes a total of 21 classes that you can choose from.
The Boot Camp will challenge you with various exercises: kettlebells, agility, body-weight routines, Tabata intervals, TRX, tires, sledgehammers, speedsack, sandbags, battleropes, in order to boost your metabolism and lose weight efficiently.
Join us every Tuesday, 6-7pm, members pay $10, guests pay $15 per session.
The Step Aerobics II is the second Step class for the week, that we introduce due to the popular demand.
Join us every Thursday, 6-7pm, members pay $5, guests pay $12 per session.
Kick your weekend off with the Soca Aerobics, this fun and effective cardio routine, which will improve your dance moves as well.
Join us every Saturday 9-10am, members and guests pay $10 per session.
The additional classes are available during the summer months (July&August).
