Boot Camp
Hours 8:00 am-9:00 am This is a challenging workout, that utilizes the principle of ‘muscle confusion’. Your body will go through different routines every time, so you can see results fast. We use a variety of equipment: sandbags, speedsacks, ropes, sledgehammers, truck tires, medicine balls, resistance bands, kettlebells, in a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance,
Soca Aerobics
Hours 6:00 pm-7:00 pm This intense and fun cardio workout will not just make you sweat and burn calories, but you’ll also practice your dance moves on the Caribbean upbeat playlist.
Yogalates
Hours 8:30 am-9:30 am A class based on Pilates and Yoga exercises to improve core stability&strength, posture, and flexibility. Suitable to all fitness levels.
Spin & Strength
Hours 12:00 pm-1:00 pm Skip your lunch and take instead this wonderful class. The instructor alternates spin intervals and strength training (on and off the bike) for the first 40 minutes and finishes with a yoga stretch.
Hours 9:00 am-10:00 am This Step Aerobics routine is artfully mixed with upper body and core resistance exercises, in order to deliver a real full body workout. Class suitable to all fitness levels.
Step Aerobic
Hours 6:00 pm-7:00 pm Focus on the lower body in this 60 minutes Step class, where the mix of energizing music, enthusiastic instructor and a classic routine ensure a great workout. Class suitable to all fitness levels.
Boxing Conditioning
Hours 7:00 pm-8:00 pm A fun and intense workout that combines elements of boxing, functional training and high intensity interval training for a higher level of conditioning. Boxing gloves will be used, but it’s a non-fight class.
