Step Aerobic
Hours 6:00 pm-7:00 pm Focus on the lower body in this 60 minutes Step class, where the mix of energizing music, enthusiastic instructor and a classic routine ensure a great workout. Class suitable to all fitness levels.
Boxing Conditioning
Hours 7:00 pm-8:00 pm A fun and intense workout that combines elements of boxing, functional training and high intensity interval training for a higher level of conditioning. Boxing gloves will be used, but it’s a non-fight class.
Soca Aerobics
Hours 6:00 pm-7:00 pm This intense and fun cardio workout will not just make you sweat and burn calories, but you’ll also practice your dance moves on the Caribbean upbeat playlist.

Hours 8:30 am-9:30am This is a new, fun and challenging class. The first half is interval spinning and the other half you will use the Swiss ball for various exercises. You will burn calories, get fitter, improve your core strength and tone your whole body.

This class mixes two types of training, in order to deliver the perfect combination of cardio exercise and fun.
