Hours 8:30 am-9:30am This is a new, fun and challenging class. The first half is interval spinning and the other half you will use the Swiss ball for various exercises. You will burn calories, get fitter, improve your core strength and tone your whole body.
Cardio Tennis
This class mixes two types of training, in order to deliver the perfect combination of cardio exercise and tennis drills. You can expect to burn over 500 calories in Cardio Tennis, while enjoying this fun, sociable group fitness class.
