Hours: 12:00 pm-1:00 pm 60 minutes workout for the advanced riders looking for a full body workout with time on and off the bike, with a focus on toning the core, upper and lower body.
Spin & Strength
Hours 12:00 pm-1:00 pm Skip your lunch and take instead this wonderful class. The instructor alternates spin intervals and strength training (on and off the bike) for the first 40 minutes and finishes with a yoga stretch.
Hours 8:30 am-9:30am This is a new, fun and challenging class. The first half is interval spinning and the other half you will use the Swiss ball for various exercises. You will burn calories, get fitter, improve your core strength and tone your whole body.
