Whenever you think about a good cardio workout, your mind automatically goes to the extra-impact you’d put on your joints! Well, good news is that a good thirty minute workout on a Spinning Cycle can burn as much as 500 calories, without hurting your knees and feet. It is also a good workout for those who cannot use the treadmill or elliptical because of arthritis.
Our Spinning instructors never give up when it comes to proper technique and posture, which are important to working the right muscle groups. In addition to the major leg muscles worked during a Spinning routine, the abdominal muscles get a workout, as well.
Our classes mix the spinning intervals with strength and core exercises and yoga stretches for optimum results. We offer a variety of indoor cycling sessions for all levels and preferences:
Tuesday: Total Ride Spin 6:00-6:45 pm
Thursday: Spinning Intervals 6:00-6:45 pm
Saturday: Spin Express 8:30-9:00 am
Drop-in fee: $12 / Special rate for gym members: $6 per class!
