What’s great about step aerobics is that the stored body fat it burns is also that pesky and annoying ring of fat around your stomach, long the subject of frustration in people of all ages.The muscles in your upper as well as lower body get worked out. Participating in a 60-minute step aerobics class has been compared to running seven miles.

Our Step classes mix a basic choreography, which allows all level participants to follow easily, with upper body resistance moves.

Join our classes:

Step Aerobics Wednesday 6:00 pm-7:00 pm (45 minutes workout)
Step Aerobics Intervals Saturday 9:00 am-10:00 am

Members’ fee: $5/class
Non-members: $12/class or purchase a 10 classes card for $100

Friday: 5.30am – 8pm
Saturday: 8am – 6pm
Sunday: 8am – 12pm
