Join our Boot Camp and see results in weeks.
Boot Camp starts Tuesday, February 19th, we offer 3 workout session a week for 6 weeks.
Last session is March 30th, so you’ll welcome the Easter break in the best shape.
This is a challenging program, which utilizes the principle of ‘muscle confusion’. Your body will go through different routines every time, so you can see results fast.
We use a variety of equipment: sandbags, speedsacks, ropes, sledgehammers, truck tires, medicine balls, resistance bands, kettlebells, in a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns.
Training schedule: Tuesdays (6-7pm), Thursdays (6-7pm) and Saturdays (8-9am).
Fees: $199 per person, $15 drop-in
Complimentary meal plan included. Upon request, ‘before & after’ photo and personal measurements will be taken.
