TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. Gym Membership

The Gym Membership grants access to the fitness center during the hours of operation. This includes the cardio equipment, free weights and exercise machinery in the gym, plus use of the indoor court, if there are no other bookings and/or activities in place.

The use of the functional training equipment in the indoor court is complimentary, so it is the use of the basketball/indoor soccer court.
Gym members can also participate in group fitness classes upon paying the members’ discounted fees at the front desk.
Gym assistance is available upon request from the Graceway Sports Centre instructors. The gym induction for the new members is complimentary and will be scheduled at the front desk.
Children do not have access to the gym, and they cannot accompany their parents during their workouts.
All members and guests must wear clean sports attire and training/sports shoes. All gym users must bring their gym shoes separately and change before using the gym.

Slippers, cut-offs, crocs, work shoes cannot be worn in the gym.

Members are fully responsible for returning all the used equipment in the designated place. All weights, dumbbells, kettlebells must be re-racked back.
All fees (membership, guest’s fee) must be paid in full prior to accessing the facility.  All members must provide proof of membership and check in at the front desk prior to entry.

II. Fitness Membership

The Fitness Membership provides all the amenities of the ‘Gym Membership’ listed above, plus access to all our group fitness classes.
The schedule, structure, and availability of such group fitness classes are subject to change as deemed appropriate by the Graceway Sports Centre management.
All fees (membership, guest’s fee) must be paid in full prior to accessing the facility.  All members must provide proof of membership and check in with the front desk prior to entry.
Any ‘Fitness Membership’ member not in possession of current membership paid up to date will be charged the regular drop-in rate for classes. 

All members and guests must enter the classes on time. Late arrival may result in access to class being denied.

The access to the spinning (indoor cycling) classes requires pre-booking.

Children cannot accompany their parents during their participation in classes.

III. Classes Card

The Classes Card grants access to all group fitness classes on the schedule, such as aerobics, spinning, etc. The card can be used for 10 classes within a period of maximum 3 months from the purchase date.
Classes not used within the card expiration date will be forfeited.
The schedule, structure, and availability of such group fitness classes are subject to change as deemed appropriate and at any time by the Graceway Sports Centre management.

V. Badminton Membership

The Badminton Membership grants access to the badminton court during posted operating hours. However, badminton members cannot play while other bookings and sporting activities are in place, if such events require the use of the entire room.
All fees (membership, guest’s fee) must be paid in full prior to accessing the facility.
All members must provide proof of membership and check in with the Reception prior to entry.
Any ‘Badminton Membership’ member not in possession of current membership paid up to date will be charged the regular drop-in.

VI. Tennis Membership

The Tennis Membership grants access to the tennis courts during posted operating hours.
Tennis members will pay light fees additionally, if lights are used. Tennis members will pay discounted rates for private lessons, group lessons, tournaments, clinics and any other events organized by the club.
Tennis courts will be booked prior to use by phone, app, or in person to ensure court availability, especially during the peak hours (6pm-8pm).  The booking time is 1-hour maximum.
All fees (membership, guest’s fee) must be paid in full prior to accessing the facility.
All members must provide proof of membership and check in at the front desk prior to entry.
Any ‘Tennis Membership’ member not in possession of current membership paid up to date will be charged the regular drop-in fee.
Guests playing with a Tennis member will pay court fees ($15/person plus light fees, if used).
All players will wear proper tennis attire and clean shoes while on court.
Eating, smoking and chewing gum is not allowed on courts.
Pets, bicycles, skates, skate boards and similar equipment are not allowed on the courts.

VII. Squash Membership

The Squash Membership grants access to the squash court during posted operating hours.
Squash court must be booked prior to use to ensure the court availability.  The booking time is 1-hour maximum.
All fees (membership, guest’s fee) must be paid in full prior to accessing the facility.
All members must provide proof of membership and to check in with the Reception desk prior to entry.
Any ‘Squash Membership’ member not in possession of current membership paid up to date will be charged the regular drop-in fee.
Guests playing with a Squash member will pay court fees ($20/person).
All players will wear proper sports attire and clean, non-marking training shoes or squash shoes while on court.
Eating, smoking and chewing gum is not allowed on the squash court. Pets, bicycles, skates, skateboards and similar equipment are not allowed on the squash court.

VIII. Junior Gym Membership 

The Junior Gym Membership is for teenagers between 15 to 17 years old.
Younger applicants could be admitted, but only under the adult supervision (parent and/or guardian) and it is up to the management decision.
Older applicants can register under the Junior Gym membership if they bring proof of being in school (school letter or valid school badge).
The maximum age for Junior Gym Membership is 19 years old.
Junior Gym members are granted limited access to the Gym, as follows: full access on weekends, access on week days (Mon-Fri) from the opening time until 5:00pm.
Junior Gym members can use the indoor court if there are no other bookings and/or organized activities in place.

All members must provide proof of membership and check in at the front desk prior to entry.

IX. Junior Tennis/Squash Membership 

Holders of the ‘Tennis and/or Squash Junior Membership’ are granted limited access to tennis and squash courts.
The general terms of the junior membership are consistent with adult memberships. The Junior
Adult membership bookings take priority over ‘Junior Membership’ bookings during the peak hours (5pm-8pm).  As such, junior bookings are subject to revocation during these specified hours.
Junior Tennis and Squash members will wear proper sports attire and clean, proper tennis/squash shoes while on courts.
Eating and chewing gum is not allowed on courts. Littering is not allowed.
Pets, bicycles, skates, skateboards and similar equipment are not allowed on the tennis courts.

All members must provide proof of membership and check in at the front desk prior to entry.

Graceway Sports Centre management reserves the right to cancel membership at any time, if the person repeatedly breaks the rules and conditions and/or causes damages to the Graceway Sports Centre property.
