Indoor Cycling (Spinning)

Whenever you think about a good cardio workout, your mind automatically goes to the extra-impact you’d put on your joints! Well, the good news is that a workout on a Spinning Cycle can burn as much as 500 calories, without hurting your knees and feet. 

Our Spinning instructors never give up when it comes to proper technique and posture, which are important to working the right muscle groups. In addition to the major leg muscles worked during a Spinning session, resistance and core exercises and yoga stretches are added as well optimum results.

Our Indoor Cycling classes are scheduled on:

  • Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 pm-6:45 pm

  • Saturday 8:30 am-9:00 am.
