Pilates & Stretch is a group fitness session which artfully mixes Pilates mat exercises with Yoga based stretches. The result is a gentle, but powerful workout which focuses on the stretching and strengthening of the joints and muscle toning.
Our Pilates & Stretch class includes exercises and poses to develop strength, stamina, flexibility, and stability with a focus on the core muscles.
The class is scheduled Thursday 8:30 am-9:30 am.
