The Cardio Kickboxing session delivers a complete body workout while it improves your body coordination and flexibility, helps you get better self-defense and confidence, even reduces the stress and gives you more control over your body and mind!
Our Cardio Kickboxing class is a great combination of aerobics, martial arts and boxing, which leaves no muscle in your body untouched.
Our Cardio Kickboxing class is scheduled Wednesday 6:00 -7:00pm.
