BODY CONDITIONING

TUESDAY 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Our Body Conditioning class is a series of strength and cardio exercises repeated several times with short rest between sets. This 60-minute workout will get your heart rate up while strengthening your upper body, lower body, and core. The use of weights will maximize the results, making you blast fat and sculpt muscle at the same time, while the energizing playlist will carry you throughout the session.

Our Body Blaster class is scheduled Tuesday 8:30 am-9:30 am.
